Parents & Friends Association (PFA)
What is the PFA?
Parents, carers and friends working together to support our school. The PFA is a volunteer-led group that brings families and friends of the school together to raise funds, organise activities and strengthen our school community.
What We Do
We bring the fun!
The PFA organises a variety of events throughout the academic year, raising funds and supporting projects that enrich school life for all pupils. Our annual programme includes:
- Quiz Nights
- Movie Nights
- School Discos
- Pre-Loved Uniform Sales
- Mother's Day and Father's Day Gift Shops
- Mother's Day Afternoon Tea
- Sports Day Refreshments
- Christmas Fair
- Summer Fair
- Special events such as our Santa Dash
We are always looking for new ideas and volunteers to help make them happen.
Fundraising
The PFA proudly raises funds for the school through a range of initiatives, including:
- 200 Club monthly prize draw
- Payroll Giving (Give As You Earn)
- One-off donations
- Gift Aid
- Fundraising events and activities throughout the year
Every penny raised goes directly towards enhancing the school experience for our children.
Why It Matters
The PFA is open to all parents, carers and friends of the school.
We create opportunities for people to meet, contribute, share their skills and build stronger connections across our community. Whether you can spare a few hours a year or would like to become more involved, there is a place for everyone.
All funds raised are invested back into the school. Current projects include helping to fund an exciting new playground activity centre, while future fundraising aims include a new school library and a school vegetable garden.
